valantic in Denmark delivered an overall strong result in 2025, driven by solid growth figures and significantly improved earnings at both VENZO and Inspari. The two companies, which are both part of valantic, are thus even stronger positioned within AI, data, cloud, IT security and complex digital transformations in the Danish enterprise‑segment.
Highlights from the annual accounts
In 2025, Inspari delivered a result characterised by consolidation and noticeably improved earnings. Revenue increased 4% compared to the previous year, while earnings (EBITDA) of DKK 25.8 million corresponded to a growth of 19% on the bottom line.
At VENZO, revenue increased by as much as 22% compared to the previous year. At the same time, earnings improved significantly by more than 70% – corresponding to an earnings (EBITDA) of DKK 38.2 million.
2025 was also VENZO’s first full fiscal year after becoming part of valantic in November 2024.
“2025 is the most successful year in VENZO’s 18-year history. This is not least thanks to our skilled employees, but it also confirms to me that the market needs the combination of deep technical expertise and strong execution that valantic in Denmark can offer,” says Rikke Wümpelmann Juhl, CEO of VENZO.
Strengthened market position and shared ambition
VENZO and Inspari have a common ambition to make valantic in Denmark the preferred partner in the enterprise segment for digital transformation – from strategy to execution. In particular, the transformation of AI from ambition to scalable, secure operations and measurable business value. It requires both a deep understanding of the individual technologies – and the ability to tie different technologies and changes together.
Across VENZO and Inspari, 2025 has been characterized by increased collaboration among employees on joint customer projects, enterprise deliveries and service development under the auspices of valantic.
“In our industry, competencies are increasingly the product itself. Therefore, we invest purposefully in creating a strong learning and development environment and at the same time ensuring that we are at the forefront technologically. This has also resulted in us being able to attract a larger talent pool, also at senior level,” says Heino Vigsø, CEO of Inspari.
Outlook for 2026
The demand for secure, data-driven, AI-enabled and cloud-based solutions continues to grow, and both companies enter 2026 with an expectation of continued growth. With a strengthened financial position, scalable delivery models and an even closer integrated European collaboration, valantic in Denmark has formed a strong foundation for the next growth period.
