About the role
As a Senior AI Process Consultant, you will lead complex transformation initiatives that help organizations redesign processes, realize value from AI, and achieve their strategic goals with AI.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Leading end-to-end AI process transformation projects for our customers
- Identifying opportunities for AI, automation, and optimization using process data and process mining tools
- Translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations
- Designing future-state processes, operating models, and governance structures
- Facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders across business and IT
As a senior consultant, the role also includes:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to client leadership
- Leading commercial discussions and helping shape transformation programmes
- Scoping and planning complex process transformation initiatives
- Mentoring colleagues and contributing to our Process & AI Transformation offerings

Your background
We are looking for a consultant with experience driving process excellence and business transformation.
Experience and education
- 5+ years of experience within process management, optimization, or transformation, preferably in the role as a consultant.
- Experience working with and process analytics
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field
- Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certifications are an advantage
- Preferably have experience analyzing processes within the IT domain, but other domain experience is also relevant

- Operating Model Design and Governance
- KPI frameworks and performance management
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
You also understand how emerging AI technologies can transform business processes, including:
- Identifying AI use cases across business processes
- Leveraging AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to accelerate analysis and process improvements
- Using process mining platforms such as Celonis, Microsoft Process Mining, SAP Signavio, or equivalent tools
- Assessing AI opportunities, limitations, and value potential in real business environments
