We are looking for a Management Consultant with 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally from a consulting environment, who thrives in close collaboration with clients and colleagues. Someone who combines analytical strength with strong stakeholder management and a genuine ability to build trusted relationships.

Your responsibilities
As a Management Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients realize their strategic ambitions and transformation goals.
You will:
- Drive workstreams and key deliveries within larger transformation initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and stakeholder alignment processes
- Support executives and management teams in defining strategies, roadmaps, and business cases
- Translate complex challenges into tangible recommendations and actionable plans
- Drive change management and organizational adoption initiatives
- Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, credibility, and value creation
- Identify opportunities where VENZO can help clients solve new challenges and realize additional business value
- Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership, and business development activities
Your profile
We imagine that you:
- Have min. 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally from a management consulting/ business consulting, or transformation consulting environment
- Have experience advising clients and working closely with senior stakeholders
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Can structure and communicate complex topics in a clear and engaging manner
- Have experience facilitating workshops and driving decision-making processes
- Understand both the strategic and executional aspects of transformation
- Are motivated by creating tangible business outcomes for clients
- Have excellent communication skills in Danish and English
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy sharing knowledge with colleagues
Experience within one or more of the following areas is considered an advantage:
- Business and digital transformation
- Organizational change management
- Program and project management
- Operating model and Process optimization
