The essence of your job can be split in three areas:

  • Lead the technical development by establishing, developing, implementing and maintain the technical framework for software development in VENZO software.
  • Assist and mentor technical colleagues with solutions, problem solving and hands-on assistance.
  • Participate in the assessment of new software products and investments from a technical perspective and take lead in getting them properly incorporated in VENZO software.

Your profile

  • You have professional experience with a broad range of technical aspects but are especially proficient in C# and .NET Core.
  • You have professional experience with cloud native development preferably based on the Azure platform with a microservice architecture and containerization of apps.
  • You have a proven record in leading small to medium sized software development departments and has first-hand experience with the importance of aligned and transparent technical direction for the rest of the development group
  • You have professional hands-on experience with full stack development preferably in a .NET environment
  • You have professional hands-on experience with larger front end frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular or Vue
  • You are able to visualize and depict a technical environment that encompasses the full development life cycle and clearly communicate that to the development teams.
  • You thrive in an environment where you juggle different products and tasks.
  • You have solid knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform and services.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline, such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Knowledge of software development and testing processes.
  • Maybe most important of all is that you hunger for bringing your experience into play by starting almost from the beginning by being very hands on in development and thus have an immense impact on how a highly efficient development department should be formed.
