VENZO joins the valantic family

The successful, Danish-owned IT consultancy house VENZO becomes part of valantic, a global consultancy specializing in digital solutions and software.

When VENZO’s nearly 200 specialists in Microsoft technology and digital transformation become the newest member of the valantic family, valantic cements its presence in the Danish market and its strategic springboard to the Nordics.

The original Danish owners of VENZO retain a significant share of the company and look forward to helping both existing and new clients continue to take advantage of the many opportunities in digitalizing their businesses.

VENZO was founded as an IT consultancy house in 2007 by Dennis Meldhedegaard-Nielsen and has since expanded its advisory and solutions to support the major digital changes that are now an essential part of customers’ reality and potential.
