Today, Rikke Wümpelmann Juhl was announced as the Danish winner of the Microsoft Power Women Awards 2025.
At VENZO, we work every day to challenge bias and constraints because the best results are always created through different perspectives.
The award is a joint EMEA initiative that celebrates and supports women among Microsoft partners who are industry leaders and strong advocates for innovation, diversity and inclusion. You can see the full list of winners here:
This year there have been 368 nominations across 20 countries. The winners will be invited to participate in a tailor-made Women’s Leadership Program at INSEAD Business School, developed and led by Professor Jennifer Petriglieri.
Rikke Wümpelmann Juhl, Managing Director of VENZO, says about the award:
“I am equally grateful and excited to receive this year’s Microsoft Power Women Award, which honours women leaders who demonstrate both industry leadership and a strong dedication to inclusion in the tech industry. An award that really commits! At VENZO, we work every day to challenge bias and constraints, because the best results are always created through different perspectives. So THANK YOU to the amazing colleagues at VENZO and valantic who are at the forefront of this important agenda every day, and to Microsoft for recognizing women leaders in tech with this important award.”
Julie Mørch Nadelmann, Director of Global Partner Solutions, Microsoft Denmark, says about the initiative:
“The lack of women in tech is an industry-wide challenge. Research clearly shows that diverse teams drive more innovation and better results. Yet less than 25% of people in tech jobs in Europe are women – and only 21% of women believe that tech is an industry where they can thrive. We need to change that. With this award, we want to inspire and support more women to take the next step in their career and succeed in tech.”
