Shift change at well-known Danish-owned Microsoft partner - Press release

From January 1, 2024, Rikke Wümpelmann Juhl will be in charge of the consultancy VENZO.

VENZO is a recognized Microsoft Partner and one of the few remaining Danish-owned and independent consultancies in the IT industry in Denmark. VENZO specializes in Microsoft solutions, artificial intelligence, process automation, IT security and change management.

Rikke Wümpelmann Juhl is regarded by employees as a strong and empathetic leader in the organization.

With a background in film and media studies, she is also a good example of how there can be many paths to a career in IT. And that diversity among employees and managers is good for both earnings and innovation.

Rikke Wümpelmann Juhl holds a master’s degree in political science and has been part of VENZO’s ownership and management team since 2008, most recently as COO.

Over the past several years, VENZO’s workforce and financial performance have grown significantly.

She takes over the CEO baton from Søren Luplau-Pagh, who will step down from day-to-day operations and join the board of VENZO A/S.

The change takes place at the same time as VENZO’s companies are legally merged into VENZO A/S, as part of a larger consolidation and growth strategy.
