We begin with workshops
VENZO combines Microsoft’s Best Practices with reference cases to facilitate interactive design workshops to inspire and assess our clients’ environment and setup. The workshop aims to give you an idea of how Microsoft 365 can help your organization, explore your priorities, and to sketch the design of an Microsoft 365 platform that successfully meets your organization’s needs.

Then we implement
Based on the designed solution, VENZO creates a Statement of Work (SoW) detailing the organizational and technical solution for implementing a new Microsoft 365 platform.

Finally, we drive adoption
VENZO can help with both the technical onboarding of IT and administrative users, Help Desk staff, as well as drive adoption in the rest of the organization.
