We are looking for a senior change management profile to join VENZO Business Consulting, a business unit in the VENZO family. We help our clients succeed in their digital transformations whether they are just getting started or are already tech savvy’s looking for the next big innovation. We make the VENZO services and solutions fit like a glove to our client’s needs, maximize the benefits and ensure successful adoptions.

When applying for this role it is a must to have experience with:
- Change management practices, terms, and methodologies (minimum of 5 years)
- Driving large implementation projects
- Leading and motivating project teams
- Stakeholder communication and management across several organizational levels
- Consulting in general
Additionally, it is beneficial to have:
- Relevant certifications within the field of change management
