VENZO A/S is committed to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of information entrusted to it, as well as the appropriate protection and use of personal information (sometimes referred to as “personally identifiable information” or “PII”) collected online.
We aim to collect only the personal information provided voluntarily by online visitors to deliver information and/or services to them or to inform about employment opportunities. Please read this privacy policy to understand how we collect, use, share, and protect the PII we obtain.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
What Information We Collect
We collect your personal information when you choose to provide it, such as contacting us via email, registering for events, downloading marketing material, or subscribing to newsletters or services. If you register or submit personal information to VENZO, it is used as described in this privacy policy. Your personal information will not be used for other purposes unless we obtain your permission or unless required or allowed by law or professional standards.
For instance, information about your preferences, if provided on a VENZO website, will be used to customize your user experience. Information in a CV or resume submitted for a job application will be used to match you with available job opportunities at VENZO.
We generally collect only the personal information necessary to fulfill your request. If additional optional information is sought, you will be notified at the time of collection.
European law permits us to process personal information as long as we have a legal basis to do so and requires us to inform you of these bases. Therefore, when processing your personal information, we rely on one of the following processing conditions:
- Contract Performance: Necessary for fulfilling our obligations under a contract.
- Legitimate Interests: Processing information where it is in our legitimate interest in running a lawful business, provided it does not outweigh your interests.
- Your Consent: In some cases, we will ask for specific permission to process some of your personal information and will only do so with your consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting VENZO.
VENZO never collects special categories of personal data such as diversity-related information (race and ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, data concerning sex life or sexual orientation), health data, or information about criminal convictions.
Automatic Collection of Personal Information
VENZO and its service providers use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to automatically collect certain information when you visit us online, unless you have not given permission when you first visited us online. This collection helps customize your online experience, improve performance, usability, and effectiveness of VENZO’s online presence, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities.
IP Addresses
IP addresses allow computers and servers to recognize and communicate with each other. IP addresses appearing to originate from visitors may be recorded for IT security and system diagnostic purposes. This information may also be used in aggregate form for website trend and performance analysis.

VENZO will not transfer personal information outside the EEA or store it there. We will not sell or transfer the personal information you provide to any third parties for their direct marketing use.

Generally, you are not obliged to submit any PII to VENZO online. However, we may require certain PII to provide further information about our services and events. VENZO may also request your permission for certain uses of your PII, which you can accept or decline. If you subscribe to certain services or communications, such as an e-newsletter, you can unsubscribe following the instructions in each communication. If you choose to unsubscribe, we will endeavor to remove your information promptly, though we may need additional information to process your request.
