We are looking for a Director to join VENZO Business Consulting, a business unit in the VENZO family. We help our clients succeed in their digital transformations whether they are just getting started or are already tech savvy’s looking for the next big innovation. We make the VENZO services and solutions fit like a glove to our client’s needs, maximize the benefits and ensure execution of the project plans.

You are passionate about client engagement, and you have a commercial mindset that you utilize to develop the engagement in an authentic manner. In addition, you take responsibility for maintaining client satisfaction while driving a great team spirit on the project teams.
When applying for this role it is a must to have experience with:
- Building larger client engagements
- Leadership experience in the delivery of major transformation projects for private sector clients, ideally within the consulting industry
- Proven leadership experience and developing talent to deliver high satisfaction to clients
- Exceptional relationship builder
Additionally, it is beneficial to have:
- More than 8 years of experience within consulting and advisory in general
- Experience with setting strategic direction
