Go-live er planlagt til slutningen af november. <\/p>\n<p>Men der er \u00e9t problem: integrationerne.<\/p>\n<p>De integrationer, der binder DIN Forsynings mange systemer sammen, fra afregning og fakturering til sensorer, der m\u00e5ler varmeforbruget hos tusindvis af husstande, ligger spredt ud over 17 forskellige servere. Og de er bygget p\u00e5 tyve forskellige m\u00e5der af forskellige folk, p\u00e5 forskellige tidspunkter, med forskellige metoder. <\/p>\n<p>Morten ved, at det ikke kan flyttes 1-til-1 til det nye system. Men hans lille team best\u00e5r p\u00e5 det tidspunkt af ham selv og en enkelt kollega. De har ikke kapaciteten til at l\u00f8fte opgaven internt. Men l\u00f8sningen virker som et stort og komplekst framework. Han er i tvivl om, om de kan n\u00e5 i m\u00e5l med det til tiden \u2013 og om det overhovedet er en l\u00f8sning, de kan overskue i hverdagen  <\/p>\n<p>Men s\u00e5 r\u00e6kker han ud til valantic i Danmark (repr\u00e6senteret af VENZO og Inspari), som pr\u00e6senterer en helt anden tilgang: En modul\u00e6r integrationsplatform, der k\u00f8rer i kundens eget Azure-milj\u00f8. <\/p>\n<p>Det viser sig at v\u00e6re et forholdsvis simpelt setup. Men nemt at fejlfinde og debugge p\u00e5. Det er overskueligt og alligevel skalerbart. Til omtrent det halve af alternativet.   <\/p>\n<p>Konceptet er bedst beskrevet som en spand i stedet for en kasse. Mange SaaS-platforme tilbyder kassel\u00f8sninger, der kan noget bestemt, men man rammer hurtigt begr\u00e6nsninger, n\u00e5r man er inden for kassen. valantics platform er mere \u00e5ben. Rammerne er sat, og det er nemt at bygge integrationer inden for dem, men man kan ogs\u00e5 bygge udenom og ovenp\u00e5.   <\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e6cis den l\u00f8sning, DIN Forsyning har brug for.<\/p>\n<p>Platformen overv\u00e5ger heller ikke bare, om noget fejler. Den kan s\u00e6ttes op med scenarier, der passer til forretningens virkelighed. Hvis en forventet fil ikke ankommer kan platformen alligevel sl\u00e5 alarm. Ogs\u00e5 selvom det teknisk set ikke er en \u201cfejl\u201d . Det g\u00f8r en reel forskel, n\u00e5r kritiske processer som f.eks. betalingsservice afh\u00e6nger af, at data faktisk er kommet igennem.    <\/p>\n<p>For DIN Forsyning er der endnu en afg\u00f8rende faktor. Den store hovedpine er at f\u00e5 adgang til de 16 systemer, der skal forbindes. Ops\u00e6tning af forbindelser, netv\u00e6rksadgange, hul igennem til on-premise-l\u00f8sninger. Det kr\u00e6ver koordinering med en lang r\u00e6kke leverand\u00f8rer og tager l\u00e6ngere tid end b\u00e5de DIN Forsyning og valantic havde forventet.   <\/p>\n<p>Det bidrager med en vigtig l\u00e6ring, nemlig at det kan betale sig at f\u00e5 styr p\u00e5 adgangene, inden projektet starter for alvor. Den tid, teamet bruger i starten p\u00e5 grundigt at mappe og beskrive alle integrationer, viser sig til geng\u00e6ld at v\u00e6re godt givet ud. <\/p>\n<h4>Mere end bare integrationer<\/h4>\n<p>I dag har DIN Forsyning et samlet overblik over sit systemlandskab. N\u00e5r et system skal skiftes ud, kan det g\u00f8res uden at \u00e6ndre den anden ende af integrationen. Og i stedet for at koordinere med to-tre leverand\u00f8rer, hver gang noget skal \u00e6ndres, g\u00e5r DIN Forsyning nu \u00e9t sted hen.  <\/p>\n<p>Platformen bruges allerede til forberedelsen af endnu et stort skift, nemlig en migrering til et nyt cloud-baseret ERP-system, hvor stort set alle integrationer skal over i den nye platform.<\/p>\n<p>Og DIN Forsyning er ikke alene. Andre forsyninger og selskaber inden for kritisk infrastruktur kigger p\u00e5 lignende l\u00f8sninger.
