Change of guard in VENZO: New CEO from January 1, 2024
From January 1, 2024, VENZO continues its growth journey with a new CEO in the form of Rikke Wümpelmann Juhl.
Rikke is already part of VENZO’s senior management and ownership group today. She takes over the CEO baton from Søren Luplau-Pagh, who will step down from day-to-day operations and join the board of VENZO A/S at the turn of the year.
The change takes place at the same time as VENZO’s companies are legally merged into VENZO A/S, as part of a larger consolidation and growth strategy.
Chairman and founder, Dennis Meldhedegaard-Nielsen says: “In the years Søren has been involved, VENZO has grown significantly, and VENZO has developed into a preferred partner when the latest technologies must support the business strategy and create value in some of Denmark’s largest organizations. We are grateful for Søren’s efforts and I am personally pleased that Søren now joins the board.”
Dennis Meldhedegaard-Nielsen continues: “Rikke has been part of VENZO’s journey since 2008 and is both experienced and insanely talented.
