About the role
As a consultant in the AI Team at VENZO, you help clients make AI useful, safe, and widely adopted.
You’ll work across strategy, governance, and adoption — guiding clients from early experimentation to scaled impact. Depending on your experience, you’ll either lead these workstreams or co‑lead and grow into them.
Examples of what the role could entail:
- Shape the direction for AI: Define vision, value drivers, roadmaps, and use‑case portfolios.
- Drive adoption: Design champions programs, communication plans, enablement materials, and training.
- Partner with the business: Help IT, Security, Legal, and leaders align on safe, productive AI usage.
- Pilot and scale: Structure experiments, measure outcomes, and scale what works.
- Measure impact: Define KPIs, track adoption signals, and communicate results clearly.
- Collaborate with technical teams: Work closely with VENZO experts on M365 Copilot and other AI tools, the Power Platform, and AI engineering.
What you bring
Experience
- +2 years in digital transformation, AI adoption, change management, product ownership, or consulting.
- Hands‑on experience helping organisations adopt new technology or AI tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, custom built GPT’s and similar).
- Ability to engage stakeholders across business, IT, and leadership — with clear and structured communication.
Skills & Knowledge
- Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Teams/SharePoint)
- Familiarity with governance topics: responsible AI, data protection, acceptable use, and change management.
- Comfortable translating AI concepts into practical guidance for non‑technical audiences.
- Understanding of how especially Generative AI works, without having coding skills.
